Through our extensive engagements with the diaspora community, facilitated by KingSolo Promotion and Deva Entertainment, we have identified a significant gap between Ethiopians residing abroad and real estate opportunities in both Dubai and Ethiopia. Many Ethiopians, whether abroad or in Ethiopia, are increasingly interested in purchasing property in Dubai due to security concerns and a desire for long-term investment stability amidst the uncertainties in the Ethiopian real estate market. At the same time, there remains a strong interest in real estate opportunities within Ethiopia. Our research has revealed common challenges in both contexts. Most individuals have limited vacation time, typically no more than two weeks for Dubai and no more than two months for Ethiopia. This brief duration often makes comprehensive real estate exploration impractical. Consequently, prospective buyers find it difficult to thoroughly assess the available options or effectively negotiate prices and property quality within the constrained timeframe. In response to these challenges and driven by a commitment to bridge these gaps, Amenda Real Estate Properties was established.
